This beautiful, newly built (2025) apartment is located on the first floor of our TORTUGA AZUL building and has a separate entrance from the street. Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find the living-dining room with a table for three, a spacious and comfortable sofa, a state-of-the-art TV, and a desk for working. Rounding out the space is our fully equipped kitchen, ensuring that the family’s chefs have everything they need to wow their guests with their culinary creations. A dishwasher and washer/dryer round out the apartment’s amenities. A good night’s sleep and relaxation are guaranteed in our bedroom, which features a comfortable 200/135 cm bed and a state-of-the-art TV so you can enjoy your favorite channels. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom and features a double sink and a shower stall. The apartment has air conditioning in both rooms.
