- The maximum number of people allowed in the home is 8. The number of 8 people (additional fee for 2, up to a maximum of 10) may never be exceeded for this home at any time, including children and infants (this complies with local laws in Puerto Plata).
- You must be 25 years of age or older to book this accommodation. The person booking this accommodation must be one of the guests for the entire stay.
- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.; you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the accommodation by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for details on fees).
- The City of Puerto Plata’s Vacation Rental Ordinance requires quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- The maximum number of cars allowed at this property is 2 in the driveway. Street parking is available.

- Any damage caused by guests that exceeds the security deposit will be the responsibility of the registered guest.
- Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement. It will be provided when you book your stay and must be returned within 48 hours.

- No bachelor/bachelorette parties

Our villa is “not guest-friendly”; this information is for single travelers or bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Housekeeping is available upon request whenever you’d like the villa cleaned; otherwise, you’ll be left undisturbed.
