Hotel a 5 minuti dal aeroporto. Camere spaziose e pulite piscina per relax. Non mi è piaciuto che abbiamo concordato che ci vengono prelevare al aeroporto e anche sera prima ho inviato una email per confermare il nostro arrivo, peccato che giorno dopo quando siamo arrivati nessuno ci ha aspettato Abbiamo atesso 30 minuti poi siamo andati chiedere al info point agenzia in aeroporto e loro hanno chiamato albergo per noi, e li hanno risposto che adesso partiranno, che tanto albergho è 5 minuti... 5 minuti e noi abbiamo aspettato 405 loro... Questo ci ha fatto arrabbiare e non è per nulla professionale. Riguardo ristorante personale gentile ma cibo terribile. C'è solo menu messicano... E poi inventano delle cose complicate invece di offrire qualcosa di più semplice e più gustoso. Cmq abbiamo mangiato 3 sere e non ci è piaciuto. Sempre pensavamo che prossima volta sarà qualcosa più buono. Dolci erano troppo dolci pieni di zucchero. Mettono coloranti dappertutto... Secondo me dovrebbero offrire anche un menù philipino più semplice.

The property was good for a short stay in the area. We only used it as a lay over for a flight out the next day. Over all ok but was generally hot in the hotel. Rooms were ok as well.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport so that's why we choose this accommodation, everything was going well until at check out they make you wait 5-10 min to check the room if something is damaged or missing, they told me some bedsheets where stained with what appears to be hair dye, nobody in our room dyes their hair, so they charged me 90 usd, no chance to prove they where wrong, having stayed in hotels all around the world this is definitely a scam, I have evidence in photography in case, I would not recommend staying here.

The property was adequate to stay for one night before heading off to explore Palawan, but I wouldn’t want to stay for multiple nights. Friendly and helpful staff, room was clean enough although the A/C had trouble keeping up with very hot/ humid weather. The pool area needed a bit of maintenance but was otherwise pleasant. Free airport shuttle was a nice bonus.

Room needs a deep clean. There was someone's long black hair all over in shower walls. Bathroom where toilet area was, had drips of something running down the walls. Carpeted area was torn up pretty bad and filthy. Internet sucked most of the time.

They go above and beyond. Really. Even tho our flight was earlier then when breakfast started, they packed us food to go. The place was clean, the staff always greet you, it was really enjoyable.

This place is exceptional. They do airport transfers, free breaky - and if it's prior to 0630 they'll have a take away ready for you. It is clean and well looked after it. It has a pool and happy hour!

Property should not be taking guests. The property is being renovated and the pool area is completely closed. The rooms that are open are comfortable enough but very tired. Staff are great.

This is a very funky hotel with very cool rooms which are spacious and contemporary. The pool is a great addition and very welcoming after a hot day out and about in puerto princesa. What really makes this hotel is the staff. The service is outstanding, everybody we interacted with was very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. We had dinner both nights in the restaurant and the service their was world class, the staff should be commended, the perfect balance of efficiency and friendliness. This has to be the best hotel in town!

The property was great, the artwork, food, pool and rooms were all very tasty, nice and clean; all that met or exceeded any expectations i had. It was my first international trip so i will admit i came here not knowing a lot of things, playing the part of naive American. It was a brutal flight where i sgrongly urge you to NOT be 6'5" if you can pick that option. Right away the staff greeted me in a manner that lef me know that all was going to be fine and that anything even remotely-un-fine would simply be smiled at and made right. Truly, as i would soon know all too well, i had lucked out, come to Palawan and now i was in Paradise being treated like i was royalty. The kindness was so clearly sincere and it was so refreshing to enjoy talking with staff and feeling immediately that i was amongst friends! I cant give any better praise than that. It meant a lot and i have not experienced that level of caring staff anywhere, ever in US. I didnt even know that people as friendly, kind and beautiful as i found here existed anymore! So if a hotel can be given a perfect score then this one achieved it. For me it was inspiring! Seriously! simple evidence is the respect i was afforded and the assistance and kind acknowledgement of my engagement to my brilliant, beautiful and kind girl Michelle! The staff really was so nice and helpful--it will always remain a cherished memory of mine. I think you all deserve a huge trophy. And my gratitude!

Really lovely atmosphere. The staff was very welcoming and we received complimentary drinks and snacks. The room was clean and the shower was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is really close to the airport and a free shuttle is offered by the hotel.

Clean and beautiful hotel
It's a beautiful and unique hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional, the service was efficient, and everything was very clean. The room is quite spacious and the shower is very comfortable. It's a place that does not compromise comfort for aesthetics. Great breakfast buffet in the morning which several Filipino and Western choices. Very close to the airport so it was the ideal hotel to stay at before leaving Puerto Princesa.

confortable hôtel
Il s’agissait d’un hôtel étape pour nous après presque un jour de voyage à partir de la France. L’hôtel est proche de l’aéroport. Il est très beau et c’est propre. Le restaurant est top avec de très belles (et copieuses) assiettes. La chambre était confortable avec de bons matelas. Les employés très souriants, amicales et polis. Petit bémol, notre fille de 3 ans a cassé un verre et lors du check out la réception a voulu que l’on paie pour ce petit verre cassé, c’est dommage d’accueillir les familles de cette façon la... C’est un point à améliorer.

The hotel is very upscale for the price. Make sure to pay extra for the breakfast at booking as it's pretty expensive at the hotel but well worth the extra cost as it provides full kitchen staff to order anything from breakfast menu + extras. I was actually sick while staying there, but room was very quiet, comfortable and just what I needed to recover from my illness.

Trendy design for the hotel. I like how they divided the bathroom facilities into 3 areas. The beds were super comfortable. Staff were very accommodating. This hotel is highly recommended.

Great hotel, friendly service
Hotel is really close to the airport and the provide a free shuttle which is nice. Had a room with double queen beds and the rooms are large. Pool area looked decent but I did not use it as i only stayed to nights. They have a restaurant called The painted Table attached so if you don’t want to wander further into it’s a nice option. Overall all recommended, clean rooms, great staff!
