The room Is large, but with old furniture. The level of cleaness Is very low. What Is really unacceptable Is the Sea side. There each piece Is so dirty. “An absolutely stunning hotel with the most amazing staff! Carolina and Javier are some of the best front desk managers I have ever had the pleasure to stay with! The rooms are spectacular and so unique! The roof top pool with the most personable bartender Jesus made you feel like you were right at home! “Excelente estadia. Cômodo limpio. Desayuno buffet variado y sabroso Me.parecio extraño que me pidieran depósito de $1000 (no se con que motivo) y al final lo regresaron. Con el motivo de mejorar, propondría que los canales pudieran estar en español, porque busque ponerlos y la mayoría de los canales del cable, estaban en inglés. (Y mi mamá que iba conmigo ve algunas series en su casa y ahí todas estaban en inglés.. ”

The overall atmosphere is very relaxing, the room was clean and cosy with all possible comforts. The hotel stuff is extremely caring and warm. I would definitely go back if I visit Puerto Vaillarta again. Highly recommended.”
