“We love being downtown and near restaurants, the ferry, etc. And the staff were wonderful. But our fourth-floor window was dirty, making the view of the harbor not so fun. We struggled to get the luggage cards into the elevator bay and even into the room, because of doorway/floor level bumps. Everything else okay.”

Reserved and paid for a specific room, which they ended up giving me NOT that room that I paid for and then had the audacity to tell me that the "basic room" they gave me is the exact same as the "king room" that I paid for..... “The whole hotel had maybe five rooms booked and we met them and they all paid 110.00 a night and we paid 300.00 night. There is nothing special about this hotel it was correctly priced at $110. A night Very disappointed Breakfast is just junk food Do not recommend”
