Salmon River view!

Our riverview lodge is the ideal get away for fishing, snowmobiling or just to escape the hustle and bustle of the City! Located just 3 miles outside of Pulaski, the home - parts of which are the original 1890 structure - has a view of the world famous Douglaston Salmon Run and 'Ride in, Ride Out' access to the S52A snowmobile trail in the winter!

Just a 5 minute drive from several boat launches into Lake Ontario, a 2 minute walk from snowmobile trails and minutes from best spots on the Salmon River you can't go wrong!

Parts of the house are the original 1890 build, and the space has been beautifully renovated. The Master suite has a King bed with private balcony view over the Salmon River, a gas fireplace, an en suite with whirlpool bathtub and shower. It’s also equipped with a smart TV (Netflix, Prime and more). Pull back the small bookshelf next to the bed and you find the ‘secret room’ which has a single bed and a day bed, it’s a great place to escape for some peace and quiet. A third room can be found on the other side of the bathroom with a small double and a rollout for up to 3 guests.

The upstairs living room has recliner sofas with cup holders for the ultimate down time, with another gas fireplace and smart TV (again with Netflix, Prime and more).

Moving downstairs you'll enter a fully renovated Kitchen area and breakfast bar with a dining Alcove, all with a river view. Just across from the kitchen is the bar area with working beer tap (beer not supplied, 1/2 Keg required) and beer fridge perfect for socializing after a day on the lake, river or trails all under the glow of a third gas fireplace.

Guests have a second living room downstairs. There is a second King bedroom and additional bedroom with two double beds in the upstairs of this side of the house.

There is a deck with furniture available to use outside that’s ideal to relax and enjoy the view.

We provide hanging rails in the garage for waders and a fridge freezer to store any bait or caught fish. Absolutely no korkers or waders in the house please!

Absolutely no fish to be skinned and gutted in the property! There are plenty of local stations that will do this for you for a very small fee and dispose of the detritus, including one just cross the street from the house.

Furry friends are welcome to stay for an additional fee but must be kept off the furniture.

For those with trailers, we recommend you back the trailer up on the east side past the raised septic tank, there is a flat area of grass there just to the west side of the sign that act as the informal property boundary.

Note that you cannot access the river from the property, you will need to take a very short drive.

There is a 2 car garage you are welcome to use if it is available. Often one side is occupied for storage. There are 2-3 spaces on the driveway. You will need a car to get around.

Backing onto the World famous Salmon River and just a 2 minute walk to one of the snowmobile trails, you really don't have to go far to access everything the area has to offer. Only 3 miles from the village of Pulaski with all the usual Amenities, you have a plethora of fishing spots, launch spots and hikes at your fingertips.

You will need a vehicle!

No korkers or waders inside the house, hanging rails are provided in the garage.

For those with trailers, we recommend you back them up just past the raised septic tank on the east side. There is a flat area of grass just before the road sign that serves as the informal property boundary.
