“During my recent four-night stay. The Wi-Fi was consistently unreliable, and despite my reports, the issue was never addressed. I was further inconvenienced by an unannounced policy of changing credentials every Sunday, requiring a front desk visit to reconnect. Most critically, my account was prematurely deactivated on my third night. During this time, I could not contact staff because my in-room phone was non-functional. Additionally, my room keys frequently failed to work.”

“Camera con intensa puzza di fogna, insopportabile. Le finestre affacciano su una vicina palazzina con muffa sui muri davvero sgradevole. Viene fornita solo una chiave, per cui quando esci non puoi tenere acceso il climatizzatore e quando torni la camera è un forno. Colazione scarsa in qualità.”

“the rooms are large with a beautiful panoramic view and a modern bathroom. you are provided with everything you need: hairdryer, bathroom set, slippers, bathrobe etc. the infinity pool is beautiful but overlooks a very "bare" area. friendly and knowledgeable staff. the breakfast is one of the best I have ever had for someone like me who travels a lot, an exceptional variety and quality. fairly central location, shame about the difficulty of crossing the motorway by foot. excellent taxi service...

“The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The location is really good, which is the biggest highlight of the hotel. The night market is right by the hotel. However, we stayed on Thursday and didn’t know the night market is only available on Friday, Sat, and Sunday. There is plenty food options within short walk. So we didn’t feel we missed much. The room itself could use some update, especially the bathroom. Overall, our stay is pleasant, and would recommend this hotel if you want to experience...

“Abbiamo soggiornato per la quarta volta in questo hotel, quindi confermiamo la fiducia. L'hotel è ospitato in un complesso di edifici storici di grande fascino con arredi antichi ed originali. La collocazione è ottimale dando la possibilità di godere di una immersione totale nell'ambiente tipico del centro storico di Malacca. La pulizia avrebbe potuto essere migliore come lo era stata nelle precedenti esperienze, comunque accettabile nel contesto. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante trovandoci...

“Though this is not 5 stars hotel but amenities should be functional. Upon check in, realize safe and fridge both no working. Kettle connected to a faulty socket too. Connecting to hotel WiFi was greeted with security warning on Android phone. Asked for an additional towel as we travel with a kid, once with room service staff then called front desk, but the towel never come. All towels are old and with holes but not a big deal. However, the aircon is surprisingly configurable to how I want it to...

“Staff are friendly. Room clean but there's only soap dispenser. No shampoo. Wifi really very bad. I have to use my own data. U can only check-in exactly 3pm, no compromise about it. Not like some other hotels. I don't think i will go to this hotel again.”
