Hotel a Pulau Ketam

“Upon arrival in the afternoon at the Pulau Ketam Inn to check-in (booked 2 rooms and prepaid for 2 nights stay) was surprised to find there was no reception and nobody around though the entrance was open. The whole place was sort of abandoned, dusty, and with no maintenance. Had to ask a local person what happened and was told to check with another hotel nearby (Sea Lion Hotel) for advice. They advised that the Inn was no longer in full operation. Luckily, Sealion Lion hotel had available rooms....

“Staff is patient and attentive to query”

“The Hotel charged me an additional 5 M Ringit per night saying the it was additional state taxes I felt this was UNETHICAL since the rates include ALL LOCAL TAXES other the authorised Taxes By right I should be refunded the total amount of 10 M Ringitt charged Except for the Front Office Manager who was very nice to me when I protested against unfair charge and did his best to salvage The initial charge quoted by the front office staff was but was brought down by him substantially saying...

“I stayed 2 nights. The room is enough to stay for 1person. It was comfortably. I noticed the nozzle bidet was broken. Guest must contact to customer support when arrived the lobby to receive room key. The number of lockers is announced wrong number by what’s up😓”
