“住宿品質不錯，只是當時看到照片是高樓層的風景照片吸引我們，就下定，沒想到是一樓，沒景色，要有風景需要再加錢，有點小失望，”

“Great customer service! They are very helpful to guests, and it is a unique guesthouse with lots of wood and art. It is right around the corner from the Sun Moon village night market. There are a few resort villages around the lake, but this one is the closest to the cable car that goes to the Aboriginal Culture Park. The cable car is walking distance (and worth the ride), but you can also rent bicycles or electric bicycles very affordably near the hotel and get around easily.”

“Room was very clean except for the suede sofa (there were a few old stains on it). Staff was very friendly and made the check-in experience seamless. They offer free bug spray use in the lobby. Location was very convenient, we were just a few minutes walk away from Ita Thao pier for the ferry and restaurants/shops. The hotel's breakfast was good and they offer free tea (they claim to be premium) and biscuits during the day until 6pm! Overall, we had a comfortable stay here and would rebook if we...

“We had a lovely stay. The couple running the hotel were very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and most of all the beautiful location of the hotel. It was an easy walk to the night market which had so many tasty treats. I'm the morning it was close to the lake to walk along the dock and see the sun rise. We loved it!”
