Appartamenti a Puliciano

“The BiBi was perfect for my needs. Its location is excellent, and the room had all the needed amenities. Fabio was a gracious host, orienting me to Arezzo and recommending a wonderful trattoria close by. I highly recommend and hope to return!”

“Large apartment 4 floors above the town. Easy walking to anywhere in the area. Great shower and large bathroom. Equipped kitchen with big refrigerator. Living room with TV and dining table and couch. Large bedroom with fan. Also, there is a hairdryer and ironing board and iron. You are very close to walk to restaurants and stores, About a mile from the train station up a hill but the hostess helped us with transport.Overall, an excellent stay for my wife and I. “Really lovely apartment in a beautiful place. Views from the complex were breathtaking and the location was perfect to get to Florence, pisa and Siena. Room itself was somewhat basic but very charming and rustic. Kitchen nicely equipped with everything you might need. Special thanks goes to the hosts who were fantastic, gave us a really useful guide to the local area which we made use of multiple times and couldn't do enough to help us. Finally the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious...

“Le top ! Une localisation parfaite et un appartement comme rarement connu dans mes diverses locations, au point où nous avons souhaité y rester pour dîner avec repas traiteur. 🤩Merci ”

“The apartment was excellent. There was plenty of room and it was clean and well equipped. The kitchen has way more space than most Italian kitchens. The bathroom had plenty of storage in the vanity for toiletries and the shower was large.Stephan is an excellent host who clearly wants guests to enjoy their experience. The apartment is centrally located easy walk to cafes, restaurants and attractions in a restricted driving zone. If you are driving, parking is not close by but Stephan came...

“Absolutely a 5 star hotel suite. Big rooms. In a mixed use high rise building. A little off the beaten path. Found no problem with walking to the majority of the old town sites.”

“Nice property”

“I could not ask for a better host-easily reachable when I was confused about the door lock, was flexible when I needed to access the apartment early, was helpful in finding a place to store my luggage. Also, the apartment location is wonderful— short walk from the train station and easy access to the heart of town.It might be helpful to know that there is no kitchen sink or stove. The only potential for cooking is a microwave. The only sink in the apartment is in the bathroom. However, there is...
