I’m sensitive to those and it was a bit overpowering.”

“Convenient location for Pullman. Abundant parking. Easy access. Large rooms. Good nightly rate. But the hotel is looking dated and banged up. The rooms and common areas are well overdue for a renovation. There is no dining room or lounge on site. The included breakfast is a bare minimum with packaged breakfast sandwiches to microwave, juice, yogurt, bagels and a waffle maker. No hot items. Coffee was always empty and staff were not checking in on the breakfast room. This has been my go-to hotel...

“At check in I let them know that I had paid for the upgrade room with the couch. They stated that they don’t have those rooms so I asked for a fold away bed, they said they didn’t have those either. They said they would give me extra blankets so one of us could sleep on the floor. I explained that all 3 of us were disabled and we were not sleeping on the floor! They did not offer any money back or accommodations. No elevator was on site so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, and saw blood...
