“Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff very helpful. Would stay again if traveling to Pullman.”

“It was a help to have a well stocked kitchen. The breakfast staff was so efficient with large crowds. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. We had a broken toilet seat that was taken care of right away when we called. The beds were comfortable. The only negative was the synthetic fragrance when you enter the lobby. I’m sensitive to those and it was a bit overpowering.”

“Convenient location for Pullman. Abundant parking. Easy access. Large rooms. Good nightly rate. But the hotel is looking dated and banged up. The rooms and common areas are well overdue for a renovation. There is no dining room or lounge on site. The included breakfast is a bare minimum with packaged breakfast sandwiches to microwave, juice, yogurt, bagels and a waffle maker. No hot items. Coffee was always empty and staff were not checking in on the breakfast room. This has been my go-to hotel...
