“Ottima posizione, vicino alla zona centrale. Hotel pulito, personale disponibile se sollecitato.
Avevo la cassaforte chiusa, ho dovuto chiamarli 3 volte affinché me l'aprissero; ogni tanto manca un asciugamano, ma siamo a curacao.......l'ho fatto notare, poi hanno provveduto.
Comunque lo consiglio. Pulizia ottima, personale non parla italiano come nessuno dell'isola
Vicino al bar Boheme di Curacao che fa ottimi pancake per la colazione.....

“Un hotel in centro a Punda. Nella piazza principale. Comodo per il parcheggio (peccato che da ottobre 2024 sia a pagamento dalle 8 alle 18, ma a un costo minimo). La camera 201 molto grande, con affaccio sulla piazza, ma con finestre oscurate così che non possono vederti da fuori. Il bar al quarto piano è molto famoso e spesso fanno feste molto rumorose ma non dopo la mezzanotte. La colazione è nel locale al piano terra con la scelta tra 3 menù fissi: molto ricca anche se non molto varia. C'è...

“La struttura è molto bella e molto ben tenuta. La camera era spaziosa e con tutto ciò che serve per dei pasti veloci; bello e comodo il terrazzo con meravigliosa vista sul mare. Ottimi i due ristoranti e anche la panetteria. Il personale è risultato sempre cortese, disponibile e sorridente. “I stayed for four nights celebrating wedding anniversary and had a great time but I had a few things that I wasn’t aware before going … there was not a lot of entertainment and the restaurants would only allow you to eat 1 appetizer and 1 entree and 1 dessert and I had ner experienced thjj in s at an all inclusive my understanding was all inclusive means if I choose to eat 2 entrees or 2 appetizers I should be able to do so but other than that it was good”

“A particular excellent note to the Chef from Marseille Eric at CSpice restaurant : great cook, really kind and professional person. The complete structure is absolutely beautiful and clean. Well situated on the island.
The laundry service for towels in the bathroom receives a black point from us : in one week we received once towels with bloody marks and once towels with big holes. Not in the right way for the level of the hotel”

“The resort is beautiful, it feautures nice rooms in the midst of a wonderful tropical garden.
The beach is also nice and we strongly recommend the mood sushi restaurant.
However we were really disappointed with the service, which was generally cold.
In particular there was a lady at the reception with curly hair and glasses who was hasty and quite arrogant. We didn’t feel welcome at all while checking in and she was always somehow rude every time we spoke with her.
Moreover the staff at cabana...
