Hotel a Pungyang-myeon

“We arrived at the hotel at the time fixed for the check-in. No one was there for us, just a sign basically saying "I'm out for other activities. In case you need me call me". As we couldn't make intercontinental call, we waited more than 2 hours and no one showed up. We reached expedia to help us. They haven't solved our problem. They couldn't relocate us and I'm still waiting for someone to answer to me. The room payment was made in advance so the owner kept our money and we had to find...

“The property appeared somewhat dated, and the staff did not seem particularly welcoming. Additionally, due to the cold weather, we were unable to use the swimming pool. Most of all, the in-room bathtub was not present as depicted in the photos.”

“객실은 오래 되었지만 깨끗이 잘 관리되고 있고 침구류도 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 빨래건조대도 있고 냉장고도 냉동실이 있어 음식물을 보관하기에편리했습니다. 객실에서도 호수가 뻥 뚫려 잘 보이고 전망이 아주 멋졌습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 공간도 크고 쾌적했습니다. 밖에 분리수거장이 있어서 쓰레기를 수시로 버릴 수 있어서 좋았고 조식도 아주 맛있었습니다.”
