“We arrived at the hotel at the time fixed for the check-in. No one was there for us, just a sign basically saying "I'm out for other activities. In case you need me call me". As we couldn't make intercontinental call, we waited more than 2 hours and no one showed up. We reached expedia to help us. They haven't solved our problem. They couldn't relocate us and I'm still waiting for someone to answer to me. The room payment was made in advance so the owner kept our money and we had to find...

“The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. We had a view of the river from our window, which was nice. The back deck area on the river was a bonus, even if we didn't get to use it as we were away hiking most of our stay. It is a little far from town (you have to take a taxi or bus which are difficult to determine schedules for), but it is very near the Haweomsa Temple, the start of our hike. The lady at the front desk was very helpful.”
