Located in quiet and relaxing Sun Beach Residencial in the cortecito area, with exclusive access to 1 pool, a private beach with restaurants, bars and, a reception, and guards with 24-hour security.

Everything you need is within walking distance to everything; the amazing beach club (4 min), restaurants, bars, exotic juice kiosks, souvenir and excursion stores, mini markets are all within walking distance.
Discos, clubs and big supermarkets are all accessible with a 5 min uber ride or a poppy (small taxi).

The apartment is on the first floor and is well-furnished with everything for all the confort you need, as well as 24-hour security as part of the complex.
Parking is free inside the residential area, just a few meters from the apartment.

Contains a spacious living room with sofa, a dining room with TV, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with 2 beds, another bathroom, and a kitchen. (the apartment can readily accommodate up to 4 people).

The apartment is equipped with high-speed wifi, TVs, air conditioning in every room, a washing machine, an equipped kitchen including oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and blender.

Essential supplies such as sheets and towels, shampoo and shower gel are also included in the price. Additional housekeeping is available upon request for an extra charge.

I, as the owner, am available for any needs you may have, and to make your stay the best possible. I’m happy to give you directions on excursions and places to visit on request.

Access is by 24-hour self-check-in.
The apartment is on the ground floor.
Parking is free within the residential area, a few meters from the house.

Access is possible to the swimming pool, all common areas and the private beach through the beach club (a 8 dollars day minimum consumption required to use chairs and umbrellas).

Please book for the right number of people for security and pricing reasons (price goes a bit up for every person in the reservation) and for allowing us to prepare the apartament in right way.

Airport pick up, Excursions to Saona Island, Catalina, Santo Domingo and others are available upon request.

OTHERS DETAILS TO NOTE
Please book for the right number of people for security reasons (people not communicated cannot enter the 24h security) and for allowing us to prepare the apartament in the right way.

Electricity is NOT included in the price. You pay what you use, it costs 40 cents a kw. Usually I ask for a 10$ a day deposit and if you spend less I give it back, if you spend more I’ll ask for it. Using the 2 A/C units during the night time will cost approximately 10-15 USD/day. We kindly ask to switch the AC off when you go out during the day.
