Ciao! Sono Lorenzo, il proprietario di Villa Can Nico. E questa villa mi ha salvato la vita.

La versione breve della storia: una mattina ero sulla strada del lavoro quando dolori acuti mi colpirono sul petto, annunciando un attacco di cuore. Successivamente, il mio medico mi ha fortemente raccomandato di lasciare il mio lavoro stressante o rischiare l'infarto # 2. Ho ascoltato!

Questo è il motivo per cui abbiamo trasformato la casa dei nostri sogni vicino al mare e ai campi da golf di Punta Cana, costruiti con i miei progetti architettonici, in un luogo che condivideremo con gli altri: Villa Can Nico.

E lascia che te lo dica, ho adorato ogni minuto di questa nuova vita! È un piacere conoscere i nostri ospiti e aiutarli a godersi la nostra villa (abbiamo un record di 5 stelle immacolato da 35 ospiti e contando!).

Saluto personalmente tutti all'aeroporto. E se non è troppo tardi quando arrivano, offro un tour intorno al Punta Cana Beach Resort e le numerose attività e servizi che puoi goderti in loco, come il golf, tre spiagge private quasi deserte, il centro fitness, lo sci d'acqua, equitazione e molto altro (continua a leggere!)

Chissà, forse anche tu combatterai un attacco di cuore trascorrendo una settimana rilassante sulla spiaggia qui in paradiso con le persone che ami!

LE NOSTRE SPIAGGE

Gli ospiti ci dicono che le spiagge private del resort di Punta Cana sono sorprendenti, e lo sono! Da nessuna parte abbiamo trovato spiagge così serene, tranquille e quasi vuote per la maggior parte del tempo. E una spiaggia, Playa Serena, si trova a soli 300 metri da Villa Can Nico. Fai una breve passeggiata e la spiaggia è tutta tua.

Queste spiagge sono meravigliose anche per i bambini, con acqua dolce e sabbia soffice. Forniamo anche il secchiello e paletta per la costruzione di castelli di sabbia a Villa Can Nico, così come altri articoli adatti a bambini e neonati come 2 seggioloni, 2 lettini e giocattoli per la piscina e la spiaggia in modo da poter imballare un po 'più leggero .

PORTA L'ESTERNO

Grazie al clima impeccabile di Punta Cana, abbiamo creato uno spazio che fonde spazi interni ed esterni. Gli ospiti adorano le camere all'aperto, il patio interno pieno di lussureggianti paesaggi tropicali (palme incluse) e un gazebo al centro di
la villa con una piscina scintillante, un luogo che diventerà rapidamente il luogo più popolare della casa.

Ognuna delle 5 camere da letto si aprono verso l'esterno con grandi finestre e porte scorrevoli incorniciate da tende bianche che si gonfiano in una brezza. I mobili e le decorazioni in queste camere da letto e in tutta la villa sono meravigliosi, ma non così eleganti che non si desidera toccarli. Togliti le scarpe, rilassati e mettiti comodo.

Ci sono anche due docce esterne, una con vasca idromassaggio, in modo da poter entrare in contatto con la natura mentre ti pulisci.

Non solo goditi la confortevole esperienza della villa a piedi nudi a casa, ma ottieni anche tutti i vantaggi del Punta Cana Resort.

Questo include 7 (sette!) diversi ristoranti, un parco ecologico con lagune di acqua dolce naturalmente cristalline, centro fitness, campi da tennis e, soprattutto, a mio avviso, campi da golf semplicemente mozzafiato. Certo, altri non sarebbero d'accordo con me e direbbero che le splendide spiagge private e incontaminate sono di gran lunga la caratteristica migliore. Ti lascerò decidere da solo!

Wonderful House in Punta Cana

My family (5 adults, 4 kids) met in Punta Cana and stayed at this lovely house for a week in June. We had a blast. The accommodations were perfect and as described—and very clean. The pool was a great place to hang out every day. And we loved and appreciated the hospitality of Lorenzo, Felix, Juliana, and Maria who made our stay feel like we had come to visit extended family. The Caribbean Sea was full of seaweed, but we made the most of our beach stay anyway.

Amazing vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa and cannot say enough great things about it! Lorenzo and his team, Juliana, Felix and Maria, truly made our vacation memorable and treated us like royalty. Highly recommend you have your meals there as we could not imagine any restaurant would have been better. The food was excellent and plentiful. The location is awesome and we discovered everything motoring around in the golf cart. Be sure to go to the ecological reserve, which is located within the resort and less than 10 minutes by golf cart. Many thanks for an unforgettable vacation!!

Punta Cana Family Trip

Took the family to Punta Cana, with kids from 12 years old to grandparents of 70 years old, and this was the perfect place. The house is gorgeous and everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. The house is super open, bright and airy, something that the pictures can’t describe. The staff on site are amazing and took care of everything for us, from golf carts, breakfast, dinner and even fixing a dress strap that broke. Unbelievable experience and this is definitely a place I would come back to.

This property was the best for our family. Location was perfect for several outings and just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Our host was always very quick to respond to our questions. The house staff were exceptional. So blessed to spend our time there.

Amazing Vacation

If I could give Villa Can Nico 6 stars I would. It was exactly as represented on VRBO (better actually) and everything from start to finish was outstanding. The owner, Lorenzo, we prompt in responding to all our questions before and during the trip. Our transportation was waiting for us when we arrived and took us right to the house. The house and property were beautiful, relaxing and comfortable. The beds were comfy and bedrooms were spacious. The veranda where we spent most of our time was very relaxing and comfy. We had our meals there and played games there at night. And then there were Juliana, Felix and Maria who did everything for us. We wanted for nothing. Fresh coffee was ready every morning at 7:30. When cooking they were very willing and gracious at accommodating our group members who had food allergies. Meals were delicious and plentiful, especially Juliana's paella! Our room were cleaned everyday and ready for us in the evening.We visited for two weeks, were totally spoiled, and did not want to leave. I would like to go back right now, actually!Thank you, Lorenzo, Juliana, Felix and Maria for a wonderful stay at what felt like home away from home.

Perfect Vacation

We stayed at Lorenzo‘s property for a week and had a terrific vacation. Lorenzo met us the first day we arrived and he was there to send us off when we left a week later. The house is as described. The location of the property is excellent, a short walk to the beach/ golf resort, where there’s a pool, a beach and services. The staff is excellent. Juliana, Felix and Maria took great care of us. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and work hard to prepare delicious meals. Overall a perfect vacation.

Better that any All Inclusive

The Villa is in an excellent location, not only for being within the Punta Cana resort, but also very close to the clubhouse and the beach. I loved the location. It was a great choice to stay at Villa Can Nico. The owner Lorenzo and the collaborators Juliana, Felix and Maria are excellent people. The vacation turned out just as we expected, a quiet vacation to enjoy Punta Cana with the family. Breakfast and dinner were moments that we enjoyed as a family with the delicious dishes that Juliana, Felix and Maria prepared for us, everything was delicious. The concierge team offered us various activities and the trips from the airport to the resort were very punctual and comfortable. Without doubt, if we return to Punta Cana, we will return with Lorenzo and his team.

La Cana Family stay

My three-generation family of ten spent a marvelous and memorable week-long stay at Villa Can Nico. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. Lorenzo was a most gracious and accommodating host. The house was meticulous, open and well-laid out, very convenient to the La Cana club facilities and golf. Chef Juliana and her staff met us upon arrival and saw to our every need throughout our visit. They grocery shopped for us and provided scrumptious breakfasts and dinners each day. Maid service was also provided daily. The grandkids loved the outdoor living room and dining room next to the pool. A more formal indoor living and dining area was also available for use during inclement weather but we never had to use it. Golf carts allowed us to access anywhere within the resort without needing a car.

Relaxing Retreat

This was one of the best family vacations that we’ve taken. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and relaxed. The house was well appointed and the staff was just wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious! And the entire resort just beautiful. Lorenzo the owner could not have been more hospitable. If we ever go back to the Dominican Republuc we would stay there again!

All It Says & More

The property is exactly what it says and more. We visited with our 4 kids who range from 24 to 19 to 13 to 10. The space was very big and clean and was way more than enough for our family. I am 6'5 and 3 of our 4 kids are over 6 feet tall. It is easy for us to feel cramped in certain spaces but never here. The ride from the airport may have been 10 minutes at most. In fact, the airport seems to be part of the resort in which the home sits but we never once heard any airplanes which was wonderful. The property is maybe a 2 minute golf cart ride from the main clubhouse of the La Can Beach resort where the beach is located. My oldest two boys and I played golf every day. The house sits adjacent to the first tee box of the Tortuga Nine Holes at the La Cana Golf Course. We also traveled to play Teeth of the Dog about an hour away and Punta Espada which is about 30 minutes away. Lorenzo the owner our tee times at La Cana and Corales which are sister properties and set us up with a concierge group who made our tee times at the other locations. Lorenzo the owner is great at communication. Always responded quickly and we ask probably 1,000 questions. He never was annoyed but always was very helpful. The staff are unbelievable. Juliana, Maria, and Felix make you feel like family. The food was so plentiful and delicious. We could never eat it all. Overall cannot recommend the home enough.

Absolute Perfection

I have stayed in over 40 houses and this one is a top contender. The staff at this house truly makes you feel like family the moment you get their. The cooking, cleaning and service was second to none. Juliana, Felix and Maria made us feel like royalty. You will not be disappointed. Our stay was amazing. As soon as we pulled up we were greeted by 3 hug smiles and hugs, Juliana, Felix and Maria. They were just absolutely to amazing. I can honestly say our trip wouldn’t have been the same without them. As for the property is was nice, spaces and clean. Located in a clean quiet and high secured area of Punta Cana. You and your belongings are safe here.

50th Anniversary Family Celebration

Several months ago, in preparation for our 50th wedding anniversary in July 2024, my wife and I decided we wanted to host a celebration for our entire family (3 children, their spouses, and our 5 grand children ages 5 months to 11years old) in the Caribbean. After considerable research we selected Villa Can Nico in Punta Cana. What a tremendous decision! The location was ideal, the accommodations were first-rate, the staff was outstanding, and our gracious host, Lorenzo, was always accessible and immediately responsive. The staff, Juliana, Felix and Maria, prepared and served excellent meals with a local flair from scratch for our entire family plus, on occasion, my wife's sister and her husband who were staying at a nearby hotel. Juliana, Felix and Maria were incredibly attentive, with a welcoming presence and warm bonhomie throughout our stay. The Villa's pool was a continuous attraction for our grandchildren and their parents; the beach and the larger resort pool and clubhouse --a short walk or golf cart ride away--was a daily draw; and the concierge service introduced by our host easily connected us with wonderful excursions and transportation services. Without question, this was our very best extended family gathering, and we recommend the Villa Can Nico without any reservations whatsoever!

Awesome Family Vacation

Villa Can Nico is a fantastic, spectacular vacation home! Lorenzo and his team Juliana, Felix and Maria were the best hosts you could ask for. The home is large and open. We had 8 staying and everyone had their own space but we spent the majority of time out back together enjoying the pool and living space at the pool. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Punta Cana, this is it! The team's keen commitment to attentiveness was second to none. The food was above outstanding, we never had to eat out except for days we were out on excursions. The overall accommodations were terrific. The team kept the house spotless and we never had to ask for anything. Use of the golf cart made it easy to explore all the resort has to offer. Everything was close and convenient including the beach and clubhouse. I highly recommend Villa Can Nico, if we go back to the Dominican Republic we will be sure to stay here again.

Great family house, with chef included!

This was a great house for our families. The little pool at the house was nice, and it was just a short walk to the Clubhouse to use the big pool or enjoy the beach. Getting around the area in the golf cart was a highlight for the older kids. Having great family meals (without cooking or clean-up!) Julianna, Maria, and Felix were great staff. And Lorenzo was great to answer all of our questions before and during our stay.

Creating Family Memories

Villa Can Nico overlooks hole #1 on the La Cana golf course and offers a postcard worthy view. The spacious accommodations were perfect for our family of thirteen. The owner/property manager, Lorenzo, approaches every interaction with the goal of making your stay memorable. He was attentive, responsive, available, and extremely proactive. He and his staff catered to our every need or request. In fact, Lorenzo's customer service orientation and focus are mirrored by his staff of Julianna ( an exquisite chef), Maria, and Felix. In a world of diminished customer service and self check-out kiosks, it was refreshing to experience excellent customer service consistently throughout our entire stay. My family and I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Can Nico, Lorenzo, Julianna, Maria, and Felix as the premier destination for a Punta Cana experience.

Wonderful vacation for our extended family of nine. Beautiful house, perfect location and outstanding staff including Lorenzo, Juliana, Felix and Maria who were willing and always available to accommodate all of our wants and needs. One of the highlights of our trip was to visit the Ecological Center located nearby. Truly enjoyed the natural beauty along with swimming in the amazing crystal-clear ponds.

Great family trip

We had a fabulous time being hosted by Lorenzo and his amazing team at the house- Juliana, Felix and Maria. The communication and service was amazing and Lorenzo ensured we had everything we needed prior to arriving. Our home cooked meals were insanely delicious and by the end of the trip we felt like family with the team. Our kids basically lived in the pool and we loved to hang in the gazebo area most mornings and afternoons. Would absolutely recommend!

Stop Looking

Stop looking, this is your villa you need to stay at. It is clean, safe and reasonably priced. Lorenzo and his staff where such amazing people they seriously made you fill like you where family. The breakfast and dinner's where amazing, not one bad meal. Felix, Julianna and Diana took pride in their services and such fantastic people. We had 8 adults in our group and this property had so much space. The property is very well maintained and kept very clean. We would definitely recommend this property. Thank you again to Lorenzo and his staff for making my 50th Birthday an amazing one.

The best vacation rental experience we've had...

Top-notch location, design, cleanliness and service. This property was perfect for our group of 10 (three families + friends). The owner is gracious and the chef (Juliana) and her staff (Felix and Maria) are amazing. The meals were delicious and varied nicely through the week - all served with pride. The layout was perfect for outdoor living... eating, swimming, relaxing and yoga were perfect in the pool and surrounding landscape. Just arrived back home this evening and wanted to share the experience right away. All pictures are true - rest assured you will have a great experience!
