the staff was excellent. everyone there went out of there way to show gratitude to all guests. i found that impressive. by the end of the week it was like saying goodbye to family. i would like to say that our butler, Shadai, is where it all got started with his warm smile and considerate nature. his friendly nature just flowed throughout the entire staff

The Majestic Mirage is definitely a five star resort. What makes it so special also is the staff, they are so wonderful and friendly. we will be going back.

Excellent service all around. Our butler Yenny was very attentive and did a super job meeting our needs. The restaurants and drinks were delicious. Our first time here celebrating our anniversary and we will definitely be back. Thank you for making our stay at Majestic Mirage spectacular.

The beach had a bit of seaweed, but other than that it was excellent. The Butler service was amazing. Viktor made our 15 year wedding anniversary with our kids amazing!

Staff is absolutely wonderful! Property very well kept , rooms, pool, bars, walking areas. Italian restaurant was very good. Seaside was terrible despite the great adjancency to beach . Call out to Charlie at the Beach bar, Dario inside restaurants. no problems with getting seats or towels.

This property is amazing! Safe, clean, relaxing, fun, and friendly. Everyone was so nice! Shout out to Ricardo, Jerry, Rafi, Yomary, Alejandro, just to name a few. They were so much fun, remembered you after 1 time and were quick with a refill! The property is big without being too big. Every easy to get around. Buffet food has enough selection that changed daily to go back a few times. Steakhouse was our favorite. My tenderloin melted in my mouth. Get reservations for the other 2 the day you get in. If you don’t, no worries, we walked into the other ones at 630p and no one was there! Bring an insulted cup so you refill less and keep your drink extra cold in the hot weather. We got professional pictures on the beach. $15 a picture if you want it but Franklin did a great job! We will definitely be back.

Definitely recommend this resort. Food and drinks were good and had plenty of options. Staff were very nice and accommodating. We went as a family and they were able to get our rooms close together.

We had a good experience. We really enjoyed our week. Only the second time in 20 years at a DR resort that I didnt get a bad stomach or the runs. LOL. So I definitely would return in the future. This is the second best resort I have stayed at in DR.

Dislikes: A/C too cold, Pool Cabana cushions had smell, notice for certain guests dress code did.not apply especially at L'essence and Italian restaurant, thought having VIP Mirage we could eat at Flavors for example. The worst was letting people smoke marijauna by poolside ! Likes: Staff was friendly, room was very good, pool was clean and tidy, pool concierge was excellent !(Juan Bernado), The Market Place Buffet had the best food overall.

The entire resort is excellent. The ground are kept in immaculate condition. The staff was wonderful and the food & drinks was phenomenal.

Booked this repost for a girls trip with family and friends. Alessander was our host and greeted us and took care of us during our entire stay. The property is absolutely beautiful and beach front views were amazing, delicious food options and entertainment throughout the day. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. Bartender at the pool area Zimbou was so nice made sure we had a good time. I really liked the gym, which was very spacious and clean and the gym personally was very knowledgeable about equipment and helpful. Beach party and club were some fun nightlife options! My only tiny complaint was that I thought this was an adult only resort but there were a couple of kids even in the 18 only pools… not a big deal, but would’ve liked there to be more separation for adults and kids. Everything else was amazing, we will definitely be back!!!

I loved how chill and relaxed the adults only area was. It was nice not to be bombarded with loud music, activity staffs constantly trying to get you to do things, and just be in a quiet relaxing atmosphere. The drinks were fantastic - Jose, Charley, and Marta served the best ones at the swim up bar. Our butler, Jacobs, was fabulous - especially having us change rooms to a better one when our AC didn’t work! And Juan Bernardo was the kindest most attentive poolside concierge.

I had the best experience ever. You would think it will be a big language barrier but eveyone tries there best to help you. If they dont understand they will get someone to help. He had the best bulter ever (Francisco). I had an amazing time. Will recommend.

Overall, I highly recommend any couple looking for a lux high-end vacation with a great blend of relaxation and activities. My partner and I are resident physicians, so we work on average 60-80 hour work weeks and couldn't wait for this experience. Majestic Mirage didn't disappoint and was a fantastic first all-inclusive experience for me. We opted for a swim-up room to help with the exposure therapy for my fear of water, and luckily, we were assigned one of the rooms facing the outer edge of the property, which was perfect! The room was quiet at all hours of the day/night, the hot tub/bathtub/shower was impeccably clean, and the swim-up pool we shared was with only four other rooms or so! The room was also three doors down from the concierge lounge, which was very convenient as we love our soda, and it was great to walk down and restock if needed. The food was delicious, with a great variety of high-quality items, including sushi/sashimi, fish, etc. Marketplace, the main buffet always had seating available, making great second dinners if we were still hungry or wanted a dessert different from what was on the menu at the a la carte restaurants. We ended up trying all 5 of them. The Seaside had a fun, relaxing, beachy ambiance, and we did have a half-hour wait that flew by as we sat at the bar to pass the time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND making all dinner reservations as soon as you arrive. We waited and ended up dining at Kabuki at 20:15 and L'Essence at 21:00. Worth the wait!

C'est la 4ème fois que nous allons dans cet établissement. Le personnel a toujours le sourire et nous sert avec joie. La nourriture est variée et très bonne. Le concept de la piscine qui s'étend sur une très grande longueur est simplement extra ! Cette année, ce qui nous a moins plu, c'était... les deux jours où la pluie s'est pas mal installée... :-) Mais... comment incriminer le resort des problèmes de météo ? Franchement, c'était top !

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Majestic Mirage. We did a lot of research before deciding on an place and we are so glad we did. The moment we stepped foot on the resort, we were taken care of.
