Cap Cana is very secure with 24/7 gated access. Security may ask for your name and reservation details upon arrival.

A car, taxi, or golf cart is recommended for getting around Cap Cana comfortably.

As in all tropical areas, you may occasionally see small insects or geckos—this is normal for the Caribbean.

Please turn off the AC when leaving to help conserve energy.

Pool areas and shared spaces follow community rules—please be mindful of other residents.
Please read these rules carefully. By booking this property, you agree to comply with these house rules, condominium regulations, and Cap Cana community policies. Violations may result in reservation cancellation, removal from the property without refund, and additional fees.

Noise & Conduct
Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
No parties, events, loud music, or loudspeakers.
Please respect neighbors and community rules at all times.

Guests & Occupancy
Only registered guests may enter the apartment or common areas.
Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
Additional guest fee: US$10 per guest, per night after the second guest.
Undeclared guest fee: US$20 per guest, per night.
Local residents must contact the host before booking.

Check-In Requirements
A valid government-issued ID for all guests is required before arrival.
As Cap Cana is a private gated community, guest information must be submitted in advance to authorize entry.

Smoking & Prohibited Items
No smoking, vaping, hookahs, or illegal drugs anywhere on the property.
Smoking fee: US$200.
Hookahs and loudspeakers are prohibited and may be removed from the property.

Energy System
Electricity and air conditioning are activated by the provided keycard.
Lost or unreturned keycards, remotes, keys, or access devices incur a US$50 replacement fee.
Additional keycards are available for US$10 per day.
Please keep doors and windows closed while using the air conditioning.

Community Rules
Common areas are open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
No glass containers are permitted in the pool area.
Children must be supervised at all times.

Cleanliness & Damages
Damaged or stained linens and towels incur a US$30 replacement fee per item.
Excessive cleaning required due to trash, stains, smoking, or unusually poor condition may result in additional charges.

Maintenance Access
By reporting a maintenance issue or complaint, guests authorize our team to enter the property to inspect, repair, clean, or otherwise resolve the issue.


Check-Out
Late check-out of up to 30 minutes: US$50 fee.
Check-out more than 2 hours late will be charged as an additional night`s stay.

Violations
Failure to comply with these rules may result in reservation cancellation, immediate removal from the property without refund, and additional charges as applicable. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for all guests and residents.
