We allow smoking on the property but on the patio, not inside. If you smoke inside, we will charge 100 dollars for breaking the rules. No more than one dog is allowed on the property, and no dog over 30 pounds is allowed on the property.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we ask all guests to follow these guidelines:

Quiet Hours: Ibiza is a peaceful community, so please respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. While small dinners are okay, parties are not allowed.

Energy Conservation: When you leave, please close and lock all windows and doors, and turn off lights and AC. This helps conserve energy and reduces costs, carbon footprint, and waste.

Bedrooms: Please refrain from eating or drinking in the bedrooms. We want to keep linens stain-free for everyone’s enjoyment.

Occupancy Limit: Our maximum capacity is 4 guests. If additional guests (beyond 4) stay, a $300 fee applies, as the sofa cannot be used for sleeping.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is by 10 pm (please reach out if this may be an issue). Check-out is by 11 am, allowing us the necessary time to prepare the condo, including jacuzzi maintenance, for the next guest.

Towels: Please keep the provided towels on the property, and avoid using them to remove makeup to prevent staining. A fee may apply for stained or damaged towels.

Parking: We offer parking for up to two vehicles per booking.

Pool Safety: Please supervise children at all times in the pool. No glassware and food are allowed in the pool area for safety.

Damage Reporting: If anything gets damaged, please inform us so we can address it. For significant repairs, we’ll charge only the replacement cost.

Keys: Lost neighbohood key require a $60 replacement fee and the for the Ibiza gate a fee of 70 dollars.

Furniture: Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

Dishes: We handle the cleaning, but please place all used dishes and cups in the sink.
