The resort is family friendly. Upon arriving, the staff were very welcoming. Just be aware that they will ask you to spend at least 90 minutes the next morning after breakfast for Royal Vacation Club, basically a timeshare thing. We spent more than that time and they tried to convince us to sign up but at the end, we were not interested and we really needed to attend back with our kids.
We reserved a family suite with a shared pool that is right outside. It appeared clean and it was very nice that they provided us plenty of water bottles, towels and goodies. I just wished they have hooks to hang up wet bath towels and bigger garbage cans since we have 3 kids. The buffet meals were pretty decent with different varieties every day. The tranporter to go to the beach was also very convenient.
Another major issue that we had was when we needed someone to unclog our toilet, it took over an hour waiting. The 3rd time my husband went to ask where was the plumber, they told him that he was eating. We were not happy about that because my kids and I needed to shower after we were in the pool. We couldn't shower because originally they told us that the plumber was coming within 15 mins and the shower wall was transparent.
But otherwise, we would still recommend it for families because overall, my kids had a great time with the pools and the lovely beach.
