  • La villa di lusso si trova a mezz'ora dall'aeroporto internazionale di Punta Cana, nel vasto territorio del complesso «Iberostar Bavaro», parte della rete globale «Iberostar». Le ville sono circondate dallo scenario colorato di uno dei più grandi club di golf della Repubblica Dominicana e lussureggianti foreste tropicali.

    La villa è arredata in stile contemporaneo, gli interni sono decorati con colori chiari e bianchi, che, insieme a grandi finestre panoramiche scorrevoli, rendono la villa piena di semplicità e leggerezza. Le case sono costruite e decorate con materiali naturali - marmo, granito, pietra calcarea. La casa è dotata delle ultime tecnologie: apparecchiature HVAC, aria condizionata e ventilatori a soffitto, TV, Wi-Fi, elettrodomestici.

    L'area intorno alla villa è di 350m2 e l'area del territorio adiacente è di 850m2. Ogni villa può contenere comodamente 8 persone.

    L'area ordinata e ordinata è piacevolmente decorata con piante esotiche.
    All'esterno è possibile trovare un posto per riposarsi e fare colazione, barbecue e sedie a sdraio.

    Prima di affittare la villa, il cliente deve pagare un deposito cauzionale sul posto in contanti (300 $ per villa), per il risarcimento di eventuali danni causati alla proprietà e dei costi aggiuntivi associati all'alloggio (elettricità, acqua sul bancone). Saldo ritorneremo sul posto.

We had a nice stay here

We are a family of 8 that stayed in this villa. It is in a remote spot of the Iberostar golf course, with just a few other villas nearby. It felt private and very safe. It was very spacious for us, internet was fine, hot water, kitchen had everything that we needed, parking at the site. It was refreshing opening up the doors and letting the constant breeze pass through the building. I wish that I had known about the store Jumbo sooner, which is like a Wal-Mart for anything you may need. There is a $300 security deposit for power and water, but after 2 nights, we were only charged $35. No complaints and nice start off or ending spot in Dominican Republic as the Punta Cana airport is around 20 minutes away.

The villa was amazing. This was the first time I ever stayed off an all inclusive resort while on vacation and it was amazing. Property was extremely clean and beautiful. Everything you could possibly need is there. They even had a speaker to play music. The security on property takes their job very seriously and makes all guest feel safe. I highly recommend staying at this property to anyone visiting Punta Cana.

Beautiful property

I stayed with 3 friends from 3/13/19 to 3/18/19. The property was as beautiful as shown on the website. The only con was we were promised 4 king beds and there were only 3 but that didn't ruin the trip. The villa was clean and Ernesto the property manager was excellent. He showed around the resort and was always a phone call away. I would definitely choose this property for my next visit to the Dominican. Thanks Ken and thank Ernesto for everything.

Post wedding house!

Just want to say thank you to Sergy (manager) and Ken for the great stay! So very helpful and friendly. The house was beautiful and clean. I definitely recommend getting a golf cart $15 to go to the beach and car $35 for going into town you will save money! You can rent both through management. The villas and private beach were a perfect way to keep the party going and unwind a bit after our wedding. Thanks again for everything!!!

Ask A LOT OF questions before staying here! NOT worth the money!

The house is decent. Not the one pictured, exactly. Nice pool. Nice furniture and beds. Four bedrooms, one with queen bed and three with king. Allcof the bedrooms had a bathroom.The oven did not work and the gas grill required you to go buy charcoal and such. We were charged 45.00 usd to be brought to the house and 45.00 usd to get back to the airport. We were also charged 300.00 usd to pay for water and electricity (who charges that?? Ridiculous) in cash upon arrival. We were very careful about keeping doors and windows closed, kept the AC at about 71 degrees F. And were rarely at the house. Upon departure, the water bill was 6.00 usd and conveniently, the electricity was 231.00 USD. IMPOSSIBLE!! We were absolutely ripped off. Also, we came home to different cheaper kitchen chairs one afternoon without notice. The beach is not very close. You really need a golf cart or a car. Also, you can only be on a very small part of the beach without paying for an Iberostar pass.The resort itself is secluded from any local shops or restaurants and if you do not purchase the all inclusive pass, don't expect to eat anything but Pringles or candy bars as there are not any cash restaurants. Also, when using a credit card, you are charged 15% additional tax, which they don't tell you. The people at the resort will dollar you to death! It was definitely an experience I won't have again. However, the golf course is extremely nice and the excursions were great! Segunda was a great golf caddy.The property manager Sergey was nice and friendly and did his best to help when the cable didn't work and when our golf carts ran out of gas. The experience was good but the cost of house, utilities, and golf carts were outrageous for what we got. Go all inclusive or rent a car for sure! Maybe choose a different place all together?? Nobody should have to pay water and utilities on top of cost of property rental and cleaning fees and other fees. Good luck!

Wonderful way to end 2015

Our stay was Dec 30, 2015 - Jan 7 2016, 5 adults 3 kids The villa was very comfortable and clean. Ken, the owner, was extremely professional in all his email and phone communications and helpful with all my questions. Ernesto, his onsite property manager was very friendly, willing and always available for all our needs only a phone call away and always responding promptly. I strongly suggest guests secure a golf cart or other car rental to get around. The resort is very extensive and that way you can get to see it all and get around easily. I have visited many of the Caribbean islands, first time in Dominican Republic. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and the Dominican locals are hands down the friendliest, funniest and most hospitable that I've ever encountered.

Stayed at the Villa del Mar with my family. Service, cleanliness of rooms, service levels can be estimated as 100/100! Rest is much better than in a 5 star hotel! We will definitely return next year!

An unforgettable holiday with my family!

Spent a week at the Ken`s villa. A lot of impressions! Place was amazing, was extremely clean inside and out. All rooms were huge. very quite area which was exactly what i wanted. Ernesto the manager, couldn't been more helpful. he gave us better service then most of the 5 star resorts i've stayed at. Ken the owner couldn't of been more helpful, answered all my questions and concerns in very timely matter. i would highly recommend this place, not just because of the accommodations, but of the owner and manager and the service they provided. will be back next year for sure, i just hope this unit will be available.

The best golf course in Dominican Republic!

I`ve rested in a villa with my friends. The villa looks great! Excellent furnished, tastefully! Has everything you need, cable TV, LCD TVs in each room and in the living room. The most important thing for us was that golf courses is nearby, as we love to play golf. We rented from the owners of the villa 2 Golf carts. They were brand new. We really liked that the villa guests have a good discount for golf course rent.

An amazing experience

I stayed at this villa for my birthday week and my friends and I had a great time. The security guards were very protective and polite. Ken was also very accommodating. Transportation to and from the airport to the villa was taken care of. The house was clean and looks exactly like the pictures. I would definitely spend another week or 2 in the villa. I

Quiet, all-inclusive family vacation

We recently returned from a holiday at a beautiful villa in the Dominican Republic. We all really enjoyed it. The villa had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. We decided not to cook in the villa, we bought day passes. It gives the opportunity to eat at the hotel (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Moreover, beverages all inclusive. I advise you to rent a golf car, as the territory of the hotel is very big. On the territory there are a lot of restaurants, bars and entertainment. We strongly advise you to visit Villa Del Mar!

The best Happy Birthday!

For my birthday my family rented this villa. It was amazing. Driver on white Dodge Durango meet me at the airport. Villa was very clean, I can`t beleive to previous comments. Bavaro Beach is beautiful, but the villa is not!

I was both excited and hesitant to book this trip with Ken. I had read a negative review and Ken assured me that it was false. Unfortunately it was not! The following problems occurred during our trip: -Driver Maksim did not pick us up to bring us to the villa and was not reachable via phone -Driver Nico met us at resort, but did not have any knowledge of home, golf car etc. He also did not know how to drive van. Van ran out of gas when we went to store. -Air conditioning was not turned on before we arrived, air conditioning only worked for 1.5 days, all other days it was being fixed. This caused us to have to stay at the home for extended periods of time waiting for maintenance, and be uncomfortable -Villa was not clean. Washing machine did not work and there was a large pile of dirty towels. We did not have clean towels or toilet paper. Coffee maker was filled with mold. -Back slider door on first floor does not lock. This was a security issue. -Cable tv only worked downstairs, it was advertised that all rooms had cable. -When we arrived, golf car had not been charged. It took a full day for the car to charge. This took away from our visit. We were starving the first night and had no way to access the resort (too far to walk in heat) -Due to being told the wrong price for all-inclusive (42/day), we were forced to spend $100 extra on the plan. I did not appreciate being told by Ken "you are on vacation, $100 does not matter". I was told by Iberostate that the prices had not changed for over a year. Also, there was no mention of utilities being deducted from the security deposit. These "utilities" total $400 for only 5 days..and even without A/C working. Very interesting.

Really nice and beautiful Villa!

We stayed in villa Lagoon for 5 days. It was amzing experience. Ocean in 5 min from villa, very nice representative Max, who can help you with whatever you want: chef, a variety of tours, the first day he even took us to the grocery store. It is very strange to read negative comments, we were very pleased with the service. Representative of the owner, Ken, also helped us in many ways. We often book the villas in Europe, but we have never seen such support from the owners . The only disadvantage of this is that our villa is sometimes disconnected air conditioning but I think that this problem was fixed. Thank you Ken, Maxim for our vacation. Ben Corn

Poorly Managed, Nothing Worked, Awful Experience

We booked this villa for a trip away in August 2014 for a group of 7 people. The booking agreement we had was that we would receive: - Transfers from/to airport Punta Cana - Golf car for entire stay - A Hyundai Starex van for entire stay Upon arrival at the airport, we were greeted by the caretaker/driver; however his vehicle was not large enough to accommodate us plus our luggage. - So we had to pay for an extra taxi to take half of our party and their bags to the villa. When we arrived at the villa we discovered that: - Some of the sheets were stained - The washing machine did not work - The dish washer was faulty - There was a bad smell of stagnant water in the laundry room - The fridge and freezer was not working - The kitchen sink basin was leaking - The coffee table next to the TV was broken - The doors leading to the pool did not close or lock, a huge security risk for our valuables and safety - No ‘Hyundai Starex’ van was present Also - We were also told that we would have to pay utility rates for the duration of our stay! This was never mentioned in the booking at all, only on arrival. - The owners representatives had promised to replace the broken fridge freezer but they never showed up to do so. We had to replace it ourselves by swapping it with another from a second property that the owner owns and currently was not being rented. We managed this with the help of the caretaker and grounds security staff. - The golf cart provided was faulty and that too had to be swapped with the one from the owner’s second villa. - The internet stopped working and was never fixed despite our complaints. - We never saw the Hyundai Starex which we had paid for and also had submitted copies of our driver’s licences to secure. We asked the owner where it was and he said he didn't know why he promised the van as he only offered it for stays of over 12 days. This clearly contradicts the booking agreement we had with him. - The owner and his representatives repeatedly demanded a damages deposit throughout our entire stay. As most things weren't working and we didn't get the van we had paid for, we rightfully refused to pay this. In summary our experience with the villa’s owner and representatives totally ruined our holiday. It was a very stressful time and didn't give us any time to relax, considering we had flown from Europe to the Caribbean it felt like a completely wasted trip. Please avoid at all costs.

Unforgettable holidays in villa Del Mar!

We spent 10 days in this beautiful Villa. Villa is exactly the same as in pictures. It is really really nice and beautiful! King size beds with fresh linen. Clean, big bathrooms. Swimming pool is very clean. Every 3 day locals clean it. Very pleasant representative Max. At the first day he took us to grocery store to buy smth for breakfast. On the 2d day he showed us very beatiful restaurant! It was memorably! Beach is nice, the water is light blue as it should be in Carribean! Ken is nice person and helps with everything you need! You can call him every time, but i think you woun't need to call, because everything is really well organised! Staying there makes your holiday unforgettable!

Villa Lagooooon

It was our first to Dominicana and this Lagoon Villa was a fantastic choice of my husband . It was a true idyllic place to live for two of us and 4 our friends. Several bedrooms to choose from, white colors of interior, big windows, contemporary furniture and a fabulous pool with sun shade - everything was created for our enjoyable stay of 2 weeks! All of us enjoyed the private beach , but we also travelled to some other destinations of this exotic paradise. The was no problem with dining out since we used the Iberostar Hotel restaurants and frequently arranged noisy BBQ on the equipped terrace . We had no big concerns during our vacation and all went pretty smoothly. Maxim was always ready to assist us and took great care of us. Thanks so much to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable ! I can definitely recommend Villa Lagoon of such high caliber to my friends and everyone.

Overall, We were very dissatisfied with service!

This listing description was not accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, and etc. The property was not clean seeing as everything was white so it showed well, but somewhat maintained. We never saw the owner or manager and his so-called representative tried, but fell short in many amenities. The driver (DR Rep) didn't pick us up from airport as stated because he claimed to expect us at night but told us he would be there by 3:30pm when the last of us arrived so we had to pay $80 for a cab and never kept his word to return three times for money, transportation or service requests. Initially, there was no golf cart, Wi-Fi and cable. We did not have hot water the entire time, the coffee table was broke, things were dirty, lint towels, bugs appeared, both lamps in bedroom didn’t work, didn't show to pick us up so we can get a rental car, power went out, a friend was missing $300 and so much more. Iberostar Grand Bavaro Resort treated us badly like were not guests on their property. They tried to keep our passports and that dinner buffet was nasty. Activities were a la carte of course on the resort, but we did parasail, drive speed boats and snorkel. I would not recommend this property to a friend or relative.
