This recently completed fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment fitted with a Smart Lock for easy entry, has both bedrooms that open out on to the large balcony with a breath taking view of the pool and deck below. The bohemian yet sophisticated interior decorating lends a warm relaxing ambience for you to enjoy.

Other features on the property include the spectacular 25 meter swimming pool with surrounding deck outfitted with lounging chairs and umbrellas, a grand pavilion which houses a bar, indoor and outdoor sitting areas, and gym.
The surrounding greater White Sands complex is home to 5 All Inclusive Resorts which are accessible for a fee, a beautiful natural mangrove ecosystem which is home to a variety of fauna, and best of all, home to the Playa Blanca Arena Beach, named after its natural white sand, and a top choice among many visitors as it is not located in the very busy ano heavily traffic tourist areas.
For the exercise enthusiasts and health minded individuals, the White Sands resort is an expansive area for walking, jogging and bicycle riding.
Access to various restaurants, groceries, shopping, and ATMs is very easy. Uber service is easily available and drivers are allowed to pick up and drop off customers at the condo.
Other things to note
Access into White Sands can be via 2 entrances, the better one being from the main highway, with the condo less than 5 minutes from the highway exit.
There is a guard booth at each entrance.
