Punta de N'Amer: Tour e Visite Guidate

Visited here in September 2026, this was our first time at the Mon Port and first time in Mallorca. The hotel is lovely set just uphill from Port D'Andratx, about a 10 minute walk to the side of the port where the majority of restaurants and shops are, however there are some restaurants, bars and a supermarket on the same side of the port. We had hired a car and parked for free in the hotel's car park, which had plenty of shade covers to keep your car cool during the day. We booked through Expedia and had hoped there would be some VIP Access benefits, I had even emailed in advance to ask if this was possible and received a reply that a note would be added to the booking however this was never mentioned on check-in or at any other time during our stay. Check-in is from 3pm but I emailed to see if we could access room earlier as we had an early flight, this was not possible on the day however we went to have a look where the room was located and fortunately the cleaner had just finished. Lots of pool space and loungers, food in the poolside bar is very tasty if a bit pricey, not the biggest selection of cocktails but they did do a variety of beer, wine and cider. Room was nice and spacious. They have padel and tennis courts to hire. Spa thermal experience was really enjoyable. Buffet breakfast was excellent with great amount of choice. There are some improvements I would like to elevate the experience, however I would stay at Mon Port again and would recommend to others.

Buona la posizione , fronte spiaggia . Soggiornato 1 notte . Incluso colazione e cena. Non mi è piaciuto perché già 15 minuti prima della chiusura della sala colazione / cena , il personale toglieva il buffet , nonostante c erano clienti ancora seduti che stavano mangiando .

Das Personal war größtenteils sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders positiv: der herzliche Check-in durch einen österreichischen Mitarbeiter, der sofort Deutsch mit uns sprach. Auch das Essen war ausgezeichnet! Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel gab es jedoch leider zu viele Mängel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr überschaubar, ohne Spuckschutz bei offenen Speisen, was wir hygienisch fragwürdig fanden. Die servierten Eierspeisen waren täglich kalt. Eine Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück war dauerhaft gestresst und reagierte nach mehrmaliger freundlicher Nachfrage nach Kaffee sehr genervt mit „JA, WIR KOMMEN ZUM TISCH“. Der Direktor entschuldigte sich dafür persönlich. Im Zimmer fehlten Regenschirm, Jutebeutel, Body Lotion, Waage und Shampoo. Das Waschbecken war undicht, wodurch meine gesamte Toilettasche samt Schminke nass wurde. Der Fitnessraum ist sehr klein und kaum ausgestattet. Auch der Rooftop-Pool ist für diese Hotelgröße und Preiskategorie sehr klein. Viel zu wenige Liegen: In 3 Tagen bekamen wir nur an einem Tag eine Liege. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Viele wurden stundenlang reserviert, obwohl niemand da war – hier fehlt eindeutig ein Liegenmanagement. Zusätzlich wurde meine Kreditkarte trotz gegenteiliger Zusicherung ohne mein Wissen belastet. Auf meine E-Mail mit der Bitte um Aufklärung habe ich bisher keine Antwort erhalten. Tolles Essen und viele herzliche Mitarbeiter – das Gesamtpaket entspricht für uns bei diesem Preis dennoch nicht dem erwarteten 5-Sterne-Standard.
