      The 3 bedrooms in this home are comfortable and spacious, providing the perfect space to relax after your day in the sun. The master bedroom has a king bed along with an ensuite bathroom and patio access.

      One guest bedroom includes a queen bed, the other includes two twin beds each with another twin trundle underneath.

       The main living room features plentiful and comfortable seating as well as a flat-screen TV.

     Dock: Guests are welcome to tie their boat to the dock (boat rentals available from Holidaze in Fishermans Village).

     No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.

     Public Boat Ramp: Ponce De Leon Public Boat ramp is a few miles south of the house, Laishley Park Boat ramp is located in downtown Punta Gorda. Both offer easy access to the harbor and canal to the house.

     This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee plus tax will apply when you let us know youre bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit. 

Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.

      Pool heat is an additional cost plus tax. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. Pool faces East.
