Come relax in our beautifully updated Punta Gorda Isles home. Enjoy its open indoor/outdoor layout with palm trees and waterfront views of the canal. All rooms connecting to the Lanai open up to the outdoor space with heated pool, patio table, and bbq grill. Enjoy cooking in this gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and all high-end appliances. Kitchen is fully stocked with bowls, pots, dishes and coffee maker/grinder. Access the dock and enjoy all of the aquatic nature that the canal offers. Enjoy the use of kayaks, fishing poles, and bikes in the garage. Have fun playing shuffleboard too!

Enjoy all of the conveniences nearby with restaurants at Fisherman's village and Farmers Markets downtown PGI.
Home is close to Fisherman’s Village to restaurants, tiki bars, ice cream, treats, boat rental, cruises, shopping, etc. 15 minutes from PG airport and 45 minutes to Ft Myers airport. Boat dock with close Harbor access. Watch beautiful sunsets from so many spots.

The house and pool were amazing! The pool area was so relaxing and the pool being heated made it even better. The house was just like the pictures and the neighborhood is so quite and beautiful. Natalie was super nice and quick to answer any questions we had. You lack for nothing at this house, it literally has everything! Stay in this beautiful home, you will not be disappointed!!

Communication with host excellent. Lovely location. All rooms but one open to pool area. Quiet neighborhood. Kayaked to a restaurant and the gulf. Can bike to nearby restaurants. TV in pool area a bonus. Would definitely stay again. Some nice restaurants and shopping only 15 minutes away.

The home and pool area were very clean. We enjoyed our time here. We will definitely stay here again. The area is close to things to do, and far enough away for quiet. Natalie is very responsive and helpful with the checking in and checking out process.

The host here is amazing! We had a slight issue with the pool heater malfunctioning and she had a company come out immediately and get it fixed for us. Her communication is top-notch and she is very responsive to any questions. This was our second stay at the home and loved it just as much as our first stay! All the beds are very comfortable and water pressure in the showers is awesome. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Punta Gorda and wanting to stay close to the airport and also close to fisherman’s village.

The pool was clean and heated. The neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed our days by the pool and playing cards at night by the pool. The host was very nice and very responsive to our questions. We are looking forward to our next stay in Punta Gorda!

Very welcoming home that felt like home while there! Had a few glitches w/ new heated pool, which frustrated my siblings as thats why they chose this home, but owner helped guide me & it was resolved by 3rd day! Loved access to the channel. Water was too low while we were there to kayak from the dock, but enjoyed a little fishing and beautiful sunrises! Great access to restaurants and fun things to do! Thank you for sharing your space with us! Definitely would love to return someday! J, C & L!

Natalie was an amazing host. When we arrived we couldnt get in with the code, she immediately got us in through her husbands phone. She responded quickly whenever I had a question during our stay. This was mine and my 2 kids first big family vacation and Natalie made it so easy. The house was perfect. The pool was amazing and easily our favorite part of the house! Location was great! 10/10

Quiet location in a nice neighborhood. The house was well stocked with supplies and had plenty of activity options for kids. The pool was awesome, and the house floor-plan made it quiet, where you were not disrupted by noise from the other areas. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean with nice showers. The host responded quickly when we had questions, we would definitely recommend the rental.

Relaxing

The location is perfect! Close to town, the restaurants and fisherman's wharf!! The home is in a very nice neighborhood. Felt very safe. Unfortunately, we didn't get the chance to ride the bikes.... ran out of time! I would highly recommend this rental. If you're like me, I read all reviews to get an idea about the property. Dont hesitate about this one, you'll be glad you rented it! Also, there was wonderful communication with Natalie!! We would stay here again!!!
