Larger boats can launch minutes away.

The inviting coastal decor greets you as soon as you arrive, setting the tone for your stay. Start your mornings on the covered front porch, enjoying the peaceful surroundings, or step inside where the spacious kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast nook, provides the perfect spot for casual meals. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room, creating an ideal space for entertaining or simply relaxing with family and friends.

The master suite is a true retreat, featuring direct access to the pool and a spacious tray ceiling that adds to its airy feel. The en-suite bathroom offers a relaxing soaking tub and dual vanities, creating a serene, spa-like atmosphere. Two generously sized secondary bedrooms provide plenty of space for family and guests, while the guest bathroom includes a large walk-in shower for added comfort.

Outside, the home continues to impress with its screened-in heated saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen and grill, and convenient pool bath. The covered patio area offers welcome shade, perfect for enjoying the outdoors no matter the time of day. As evening falls, unwind by the firepit, overlooking the tranquil waterway.

Security camera details: Ring doorbell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Absolutely perfect

We had a wonderful stay. No one wanted to leave! Completely stocked including everything to do. Home was comfy and very clean. Our daughter lives nearby so we hope to stay here again.
