“Had a lovely stay. Very cute hotel, basic comfortable rooms, local art around. AC worked okay. Restaurant had great breakfast and lunch with organic choices. No pool onsite, the pool is at a nearby sister facility. Roosters start their talking at 5:30 am, but that is to be expected - use the ear plugs. Appreciated beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. Will visit again.”

“I recently stayed at Secrets Bahia Mita Surf & Spa and unfortunately the experience did not match the expectations of an adults-only resort. While the property is marketed as adults only, it shares facilities with Dreams Resort, and there were kids throughout many of the common areas. This made it feel less like a true adults-only getaway.
The service at the lobby was also disappointing. Staff often didn’t know basic information such as opening and closing times for restaurants and amenities....

“The rooms were not very clean—the bed sheets were dirty and had an unpleasant smell. I reported this to the staff, but they did not offer to change them. While the staff was friendly, the overall cleanliness was disappointing.
