“This Hotel is ideal for an extended lay-over in Guayaquil, with Hi-Speed wifi, nice pool and gym, big rooms. Unfortunately the staff at the Bar/Restaurant is disappointing, managing poorly any inconvenience or issue with the service and the bill. There is an evident lack of leadership. Avoid it, if you can. Front desk staff is OK though, including the concierge service, excellent.”
