“This Holiday Inn Express was exceptional Raquel was wonderful and I can't say enough nice things about how helpful she was. The hotel was extremely busy and it didn't matter as she provided assistance on numerous occasions and was so pleasant and professional
The entire staff was so accommodating and the breakfast was delicious

“The hotel was nice, very clean, breakfast was basic, but nice. Parking was easy and it is conveniently located to walk to the casino. The only thing that was concerning was it felt like shady stuff was happening with upper management. It made me very uncomfortable.”

“I usually have good experiences with Hampton Inn, so this stay was disappointing.
Before booking, I specifically called ahead to confirm that the hot tub was operational because that was one of the main reasons I chose this location. I was assured it was working. After I arrived, I was told it was actually out of service. When I went to look at it, the hot tub only had about 4–6 inches of black, stagnant water in it with algae, mold, leaves, and other debris swirling around inside. It had...
