“Our room was adequate and clean. Service in the restaurants are definitely on island time so be prepared. The bar service is horrendous. Waited over 20 minutes standing there without any acknowledgment that I was waiting to place an order locals can come into the pool area. what makes which made it a bit crowded at times with no chairs very convenient. If you’re going out on a catamaran trip otherwise wouldn’t stay there.”

“Truly a 5 star resort! Having a butler was a unique experience as was the having no room keys (that’s another first for me). “We stayed at CGB Beach Hotel 8 nights. We are so happy we chose this hotel instead of others we had considered. To us, it was worth the extra cost. “Tia was very welcoming and helpful. The food and staff in Bananakeet Cafe were excellent, highly recommended. The swimming pool was lovely with beautiful views. The room was great with very comfy bed. Lunch at Stoutt’s Look Out is very good value and only 10 mins walk. We had a very pleasant stay, sad to be going back to UK!”

“Location is on a beautiful quiet beach, swimming would be best with water shoes due to rocks. Amazing beach one mile down the road at Smugglers Cove.
Restaurant is average. Disappointed by our birthday dinner. Nothing special about it.
Had a great couples massage at the little spa. However, sitting in the jacuzzi I had one of the jets attach to my calf, which hurt & bruised. Staff checked it out, not sure if it was fixed.
Clean rooms. If you need anything you have to find staff. Need bug spray...

“The manager Ashur was most helpful and responsive. They responded to minor issues promptly. We loved the large space and stunning view. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen had plenty of equipment. Would highly recommend. One suggestion - add a sofa bed for additional guests. Note: there is a single hideaway bed. ”
