“Adorably decorated hotel. Staff was super friendly. Place is very clean. We stayed two nights. No one brought in clean towels or the bottled water that was supposed to be there. I guess you have to ask for maid service for that stuff. ”

“The breakfast ended at 10am and when we went downstairs at 9:40am, there was nothing left but cold items and waffles. We had to speak with several staff members to get someone to make more food for us and other guests who came down well before the end of breakfast hours. ”

“I want to thank the front desk staff Rayven she was amazing!! We arrived earlier than expected because of an cancelled travel that shifted for earlier than expected. She did everything to make things less stressful and all the staff worked together to ensure the early check in. The room was very nice and clean. Loved the kitchen area equipped which we didn’t use because we were only there for a day attending the Cardi B concert. I will definitely stay here again. ”

“Overall great place, great location particularly if you visit Newport on the Levee. Only detail we didn’t care for was how thin the walls seemed. We could hear our neighbor’s TV late into the night and early in the morning. Aside from that, it was great. ”

“They have issues with getting rooms ready by 4 PM check in. This is my first and last time I will ever stay there. I checked at 1:30 PM to see if my room was ready and it wasn’t, dropped my stuff off came back at 3 PM and still not ready, had to point out to them it was 3:54 PM since they want to say check in is not till 4 PM that’s when they decided to move my room.
