Very nice and clean but just some minor suggestion
"I only have a couple of complaints. 1. I would have liked to have watched my grandchildren playing in the pool but there were only about 3 chairs in there and they were occupied. 2. "We got there only to find our room was booked for the 2nd floor but there was no elevator. The attendant at the desk was kind and changed us to a first floor handicap room.
