“This property not suitable for foreigner it does not have aircon it serve only heater instead I booked a room for 3 days stay the room does not have a window and no aircon so stuffy i couldn't sleep well I have change another room with window they charge additional 200 RMB i felt being unfair how could a human slept in a room without ventilation. Avoid this property if you can. ”

“the hotel for some reason that has no room controlled the AC. So when the hotel did not turn on the AC, you don't have AC. However, my room was unfortunately close to a highway. By opening the window at night, it was very noise. Just want everyone to be aware of it as it was not clearly stated in the website.”

“From a Group like Hyatt,I DEMAND that the staff speak English! find someone who speaks English (apart from reception) is impossible! there is basically no way to communicate if you don't speak Chinese! UNACCEPTABLE!!!”
