“Breakfast needs a little variety. I’m not crazy about your eggs. There was pork sausage everyday. Bagels, muffins, English muffin always the same. Otherwise everything was wonderful.”

“The room was definitely clean, nothing was broken and I would stay here again. The price was reasonable for what I got and the breakfast was much better than expected. Parking was straightforward and easy to manage.”

“Never seemed to be anyone at the front desk. Breakfast wasn't all that great. Goose poop all over the parking lot and sidewalks. Noise between rooms that have a connecting door. Paint pealing off of the repainted bathroom tub. Housekeeping did a very good job. Good location. Air-conditioner units very good.”

“This room was one queen size and a sofa bed. The bed was fine, however the sofa bed was not. It was old and did not provide good support. It was sagie and you could feel the springs through the very thin mattress. Not good at all. We stayed three nights and room was not made up for those nights. I won't be ataying at Extended Stay America, Dayton Fairborn again. This room was not worth what we paid. Respectfully Michael J Shields”

“Parking in nearby garage, but inconvenient unless you unload before parking. Unloaded and loaded in the rain. Could have avoided with wariong from staff. Breakfast selection not as good as several other Marriott Inn & Suites I have stayed at recently-no fruit ex cept bananas and oranges. Room overlooked major street with loud traffic most of the night. Baseball games at stadium across the street were loud until the games ended.
