“Overall bad experience since check in, we had to come back to reception 3 times before getting everything properly, such as wifi card, towels, safe key. At least they allowed us with an early check in. Do not book all inclusive formula since it's a cheat. Even tanzania beer such as serengeti or kilimanjaro are not included, they just serve another beer included. In the room you will find 2 little bottles of water (200ml each). Choose if you want to drink or have a coffee. I live in Tanzania and...

“poor menù a la carte with too high prices and especially the cost of the wines for the quality they suggest. In two weeks no a single dish changed.Room service is too slow (one hour is the average waiting) and the food arrive completely cold, I tried this service twice. The housekeeper once opened the room door not knocking at 8.30 am and they knock the door at 9.30 pm to sanitize. ”

“Ho soggiornato con mia moglie a Villa Dida dal 12 al 20 marzo 2024. E' stato come essere a casa propria con l'aggiunta della spiaggia e del mare di Zanzibar a completa disposizione e con tutte le comodità.
Grazie ai padroni di casa, Dida, Claudia e Mauro e a tutto il personale, in particolare modo alle ragazze sempre carine e sorridenti, per la loro gentilezza e professionalita. Insomma ottimo servizio,ottima cucina, ottimo tutto in una atmosfera di pace. La giusta alternativa ai classici...

“We had a very nice stay at this hotel. There were some mixed experiences as we did not like the set dinner menu and the breakfast but were blown away by the lunch. We would recommend to not play music at the pool and change the black and white plastic cups to at least seethrough plastic glasses which would better fit the rest of the hotel experience.”
