“Spotlessly clean. Well equipped. Great position and waterside views from front. Occasional train noise at rear. We were there in heatwave so a couple of fans would have been useful.”

“Clean and well equipped. Excellent secure parking. Despite road and rail nearby it was surprisingly quiet. Handy for shops, cafes and bars. Very happy.”

“It’s a well equipped apartment in a good area. The floor was not clean, and the property is in need of some maintenance. The mattresses are very springy and uncomfortable. The upstairs toilet doesn’t flush very well and leaves a bad drainage smell after use. The road noise spoils the view from the balcony and the close proximity to the train station, which serves stabling trains, early morning and late evening with engines running should be mentioned.”

“Had a lovely romantic getaway. Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym all literally 10 metres away from the room. Also a great little games room with pool, air hockey, video games, table tennis and much more all free of charge, again opposite the room. Lots of friendly farm animals that you can visit as often as you wish, the hosts are great and nothing is too much trouble for them. We’ll definitely be returning.”

“It was clean and tidy and decent kitchen facilities, there was no coffee table or table to eat at so we had to eat on our laps which was not ideal. The garden could do with a gate as it's on the main road to Pwllheli - we could not let our dogs out. The garden was chipping pretty much and surrounded by a caravan motorhome storage , no plants and pretty uninviting so we never used it even though the weather was good - the garden could do with some plants.
