“Ho soggiornato 4 notti in quest'hotel. L'ultimo giorno, nel pomeriggio, prima di fare la doccia mi sono accorto che dal rubinetto del lavandino usciva acqua verde e non c'era acqua calda. Avvertita la reception dell'accaduto e verificato quanto sopra non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema e l'unica cosa che sapevano fare era quella di ridere. Veramente assurdo. Dopo 2 ore e mezza mi comunicavano che stavano avvertendo il manager di quanto accaduto. Pochissima professionalità....

“This hotel is in a good location.But there is no lift to go upstairs. Some amenities are broken and you can never get enough hot water. The hotel also took money from our credit card and also charged us for the same on arrival. When we requested a refund for the double charge, they kept delaying the refund back into our account. “L'albergo si trova in un vicolo che senza aiuto non lo si troverebbe facilmente, la reception ha un che di angusto. Ho pagato per una camera superior ma mi hanno dato una standard alludendo al fatto che le avevano solo così. Il personale farfuglia un inglese incomprensibile e non sanno consigliare per le escursioni o visite in città. Pessimo davvero”
