Hotel a P’yongsa-ri

“The hotel owner was amazing. Not only did he introduce us to traditional Korean tea in their little cafe, but he and his wife fed us fresh persimmons and baked sweet potatoes in the wood burning stove. Had the best night and would stay again! ”

“What a charming hotel in a great location! The free breakfast was modest, but adequate, the rooms were clean, and the style throughout was minimalist and modern. Loved the roof deck too. Absolutely would recommend to anyone staying in the Suncheon area. ”

“Clean rooms. Very friendly owner. Bit painful on the back if you are not used to sleeping without a mattress but I guess that is part of the hanok experience. Toiletries and basic kitchen needs available. Limited transport and dining around the area. Cannot figure out the opening times of the restaurants as well. “We arrived at the hotel at the time fixed for the check-in. No one was there for us, just a sign basically saying "I'm out for other activities. In case you need me call me".
