“The beds in room 215 need to be replaced, the mattresses were sagging on both beds. The other guests were loud and running up and down the hall in from of my room. The guests outside my window were loud. The room we stayed in was over the second entrance. My previous experiences were good. This time was my experience was very unpleasant and frustrating.”

The room seemed very clean except there were some very large stains on the carpet near the front door, other than this the room appeared to be clean. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows.”
