“We really loved this hotel, brilliant views, great staff, easy to get to the lakeside. Our one comment for feedback would be that we would like to specifically order breakfast items, the hotel only brought out what they had planned for breakfast, our only choice was the eggs, and even then we didn’t realise an omelette would be included. "The rooms' A/C is lousy. The staff at the reception kept on telling me I did not pay (even though I did in advance) because they did not look at the correct one (didn't matter I insisted that I have paid already). The young guy at the reception was nice and he changed the room for me as the A/C did not work, but the lady in the morning was rude and unpolite and when I asked to buy two bottles of water, she kept on asking me who I was, what is my name, what is the room number etc. in a very unpolite way, even though I just came down the stairs. Basically she ruined any fragment of nice service there might have been. If they send you to a local restaurant not far away, watch out that they will keep on telling you that they don't like to give a lot of food, in other words, dishes are small and prices are very big! (Just look for another restaurant)"
