"Overall, our stay at this hotel was pleasant: the property is well-maintained, clean, and functional. However, there are a few small aspects that could be improved to offer guests a more complete experience. In particular, I found it a bit unusual that coffee was not included with breakfast (which was part of our stay) and had to be paid separately (€1 per cup). This is quite uncommon, as most similar hotels include it as a standard part of the service. Also, upon arrival, there was no complimentary bottle of water in the room. While it’s a small detail, it would have been a nice touch and a more welcoming gesture after a long journey. That said, the hotel met our main expectations, and with a few minor adjustments, it could really take the overall guest experience to the next level. "
