“The hotel was a recently built and well maintained property. The included breakfast featured continental breakfast options as well as more indigenous options but prepared onsite and served in the upstairs restaurant. Location was in a suburb but pleasant enough and had easy access to taxis and the Metro (Pushkin). Not a great deal of activities locally nor shopping.”

“I had a very bad experience with this hotel. I made 2 reservations, from 26 february to 3rd of March, in total. the second reservation, was paid during the booking with Hotels. The reception of the Crowne Plaza, take the money from my credit card again, so, I paid 2 times. I complain to the reception, and they said that they will reimburse, but I didn't receive any confirmation since sunday.”

“This is quite a busy hotel and it looks like many of their customers are people who are visiting Uzbekistan for business. The location isn't great and there aren't restaurants near the hotel. Thankfully there is a restaurant at the hotel which serves excellent italian food. We dined at the restaurant twice, and the staff (a young boy) at their restaurant provided us with great service. The hotel lobby is beautiful. We are happy with our room, which we find to modern and tastefully renovated....
