Hotel vicino a Qishla of Jeddah - Gedda

“Stanza impeccabile e personale ancora di più”

“Struttura adatta alla clientela Europea e internazionale. Comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi posto con un personale sempre attento. ~Nawaf Almalki Fantastico nel trovarmi le spiagge private”

“The hotel room was spacious with minimal furniture yet comfortable and clean. Food choice for breakfast will suit more dinner rather than breakfast, but both the quality and quantity was satisfactory. Will recommend use ceramic coffee cups rather than paper ones.”

“We chose this hotel because we’re already familiar with the area, and the location suited us perfectly. It’s surrounded by good services and a variety of restaurants, which was convenient. It has been recently renovated, with a nice blue theme, The studio apartment was fantastic. It has a high ceiling and feels very spacious, with lovely décor and plenty of natural light. The room was well lit, and the shower and bathroom were spotless with good ventilation. The living room was very spacious...

“Well, first of all me and my wife stayed in this hotel they did not provide us towels. We had to go down and take the towel every day for three nights and the customer lady doesn’t speak English. Otherwise it looks nice beautiful And also you couldn’t see any sauna hot water. The only thing there is swimming pool that’s all thank you. and also Saturday night was so loud music. It looks like there’s a night club we could not sleep all night.”

“I had the worst customer service experience with Mbaat. I booked a property in mid-July and paid in full upfront through Expedia. On check-in day, we were left waiting a long time with my kids while the staff claimed no payment was made. Even after I sent proof via WhatsApp, I received no response for a while, then was told the payment was “not complete.” I had to call Expedia to resolve the issue. Because of this experience, I will never return to Mbaat or recommend them to family and friends.”

“No issue at all ”

“All the afternoons, for several hours, hotel made maintenance job activities on the 6th floor. All guests on the 5th floor could hear a deafening drill noise. No apology from the hotel. I don’t understand how this is a 5 star hotel. It’s absolutely not a 5 star hotel. I will never come back again in this hotel.”
