“The air conditioner made horrible banging noises waking us up (room 543) my son was in 544 and his air conditioner grate dripped. I told him I’d take the drip over the clacking and banging every time it clicked on. The floors were not clean. It all looked like management needs to supervise house keeping and maintenance better.”

“Very clean, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast. However, if you are a light sleeper the hotel is right next to train tracks and multiple trains went by throughout the night with loud horns and rumbling. I did not sleep well at all.”

“The 1st thing you notice when entering to check in is that the place smelled like cigarette smoke. I guess they still allow smoking in the casino. Fortunately, I couldn't smell it in the room. The room had a mini-fridge that I used for leftovers, but there was no place to reheat them. I had to take them to the front desk to have them heat them up for me in the back. They should have at least 1 microwave on each floor by the vending machines. The leftovers was from their own steakhouse, which was...
