Ocean front, west facing with incredible sunsets

Welcome to Raven Cottage! We are excited for you to enjoy your private getaway on beautiful Quadra Island.

Raven Cottage is situated on the peaceful west side of the island, close to April Point Resort. This location offers a stunning 180-degree, west-facing view on the ocean, ensuring you can witness unbelievable sunsets. You can relax and enjoy watching the whales, seals, marine life, and our resident bald eagles—including their nest and babies—right from your deck.
It is the perfect escape for a couple looking to unwind and connect with nature.

Your private guest cottage is separate from our main house and includes the following amenities:

- A fully equipped kitchen, we provide some basic spices, olive oil, organic fair trade coffee and sugar and filtered drinking water.
- A cozy living room, with a 5k TV, Netflix, basic cable and internet.
- Cozy queen bedroom.
- Indoor/outdoor dining space.
- A washroom supplied with organic all natural shampoo/conditioner/body wash and cozy robes.
- Laundry room and boot/mud room
- Outdoor amenities including a private deck, patio, green space, and a BBQ.

We also offer secure storage for your bikes and kayaks.

Raven Cottage is conveniently located, just a four-minute drive from the ferry and close to all other island amenities.

We look forward to hosting your stay, relax, unwind, and soak up the nature and those spectacular sunsets!

The cottage was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. The hosts were super welcoming and gave us all kinds of tips for things to see and do on Quadra Island. It was in a quiet area and right on the water. Tons of sea life to watch: seals, otters, humpbacks, eagles, and hummingbirds. Grocery shopping and restaurants are nearby. We highly recommend this cottage!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Everything is very well thought out and in “like new” condition. Very clean bright and welcoming. The deck and view is fantastic! Hosts are great and showed us some places to visit on the island.

Lovely cottage with stunning views. We enjoyed watching the Bald Eagles and seals right out front from the great patio.High end tasteful decor with beautiful artwork and a cozy fireplace. Our hosts were lovely and communicated regularly providing great tips to enjoy the Island. They take pride in their place. There are three steps to the bathroom which had a great shower. And the bed was very comfortable.

This is one of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed in - and we've stayed in a lot!Michelle's attention to detain in terms of decorating, cleanliness and outfitting the cottage is amazing. Everything you need is there and it is all new and thoughtfully put together - you can tell they take pride in providing a great experience. There are also great instructions on how everything works.The location is amazing - beautiful view and close to everything. We explored the South end of the island and nothing was more that 15 minutes away. The deck is a great place to relax and watch the wildlife and boats go by.Michelle was super responsive and helpful before and during our stay - can't say enough about how much we enjoyed out stay.

Wonderful property, with hosts who could not have been more helpful. This is such a delightful place to stay with wonderful views and local wildlife. The cottage has absolutely everything needed for a stress free stay, just sitting on the deck watching eagles, whales, dolphins, seals etc is just heaven. Lovely area, with walks and not far to anywhere to watch whales or just walk. We are so happy that we found Raven cottage and we hope we can come back soon to enjoy the sunsets, peace and quiet and this lovely cottage . Thank you both so much for a wonderful stay.

This oasis of peace, tranquility and beauty did not disappoint. Michelle’s attention to detail and eye for highlighting local artisans in all areas possible is top notch. She anticipated our every need and more. We saw humpbacks, eagles, sea lions, hummingbirds, cruise ship and more. We will DEFINITELY be back. Can’t get it out of our minds. We stayed at so many places but this is one of the most beautiful homes we visited! The views are incredible seen the eagles caught there fish, and the deck is really spacious and the house is so lovely and beautiful decorated, it gives you a home feeling while you are on vacation. There is a lot to do on the island. And the owners are so nice and we thank them for the hospitality! We will definitely come back.

This is an amazing place to stay! The cabin is so beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The hosts Michelle and Sarosha are so friendly and were happy to share some very special sightseeing spots with us. The wildlife and sunsets from the deck was fabulous. We will definitely be back.

The view off the patio on the website is very accurate. We spent the entire day sitting in the chairs looking at the scenery and enjoying the sun. The rooms were great and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were helpful in suggesting things to do, though all we really wanted to do is relax. My only complaint about this property is the roads to get to it. The were gravel, had a lot of potholes and the grade into the driveway had quite a slope. This would likely not be a problam for most cars, but I have a custom Mustang that has a custom suspension on it and I bottomed out more times than I am comfortable with. So, infortunately, the likelyhood of us returning is slim. I regret that because it is such a nice place.

Fabulous Cottage

Our stay on Quadra island could not of been any better! The directions to the property were spot on. The host happened to be home and greeted us. They gave us information on a few restaurants and other places on the island. The cottage is great! Very well thought thru as far as everything was concerned. Kitchen accessories were more than plentiful for cooking! Fireplace was on and very cozy. Bed is extremely comfortable! They provide robes and slippers that are perfect.Saved the best for last! The beautiful deck! The view is amazing from the stars to the water. Lots of wildlife to watch as well. We can’t wait to return. Our visit was short this time but not the next time!! Thanks for all the work you put into your cottage…..

Fantastic!

My wife and I spent 5 nights at the Ravens Cottage. It was everything we could imagine! Amazing views, lots of sea animals to watch from the deck, as well as Fred and Arlene, the two Eagles nesting on the island right out front of the property! The cottage is very well equipped with everything you’d need in the kitchen and throughout the cottage. Tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Michelle and Sharosa were excellent hosts! We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Quadra!

Great ocean front views

Quaint ocean front cottage perfect for 2. We stayed for a few nights in early spring. Lots of sea life to watch as well as eagles nest directly in front of sea side deck. Well worth a stay of more then 2 night
