“We have been on the road since July 6th and this is by far our best stay. The best part is we only paid $229.00 and in Canada we paid way over $500.00 for not as nice. Seriously this is a 4 star with the way they treated us and even our fur baby. They gave her a toy , water dish and poop bags. Room was so spacious and clean. Bathroom the same and so quiet!! Beds comfortable and pillows also. Highly recommend!! Nice neighborhood as well and safe. Food wasn’t that far and good...

“This property was filthy including hair in the bed and piles of dirt on the floor in the first room we were given, The second room appeared to have washed sheets but the sink was slightly clogged and the dirt and smell were horrible. The rooms were next to the elevator that shook the walls and floor every time it was called. When leaving to stay at another location we were refused verification of check out and then they never responded to any Expedia attempts to communicate for issuing a refund...

“Air conditioning did not work for 2 days on 90+ degree days. Beds are not comfortable and mattresses are old. The jacuzzi makes bubbles in 2 corners but the jets don’t work. Breakfast was horrible both days, eggs were rubbery, “sausage” was cut up hotdogs.
Staff was nice and as helpful as they could be. Room size is decent”
