This ancient stately home, dating back to the 17th century and once owned by a noble family, has recently been restored with all the comforts (swimming pool and hot tub, high-speed fiber optic internet, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and air conditioning in every room, a kitchen with an induction hob, etc.), preserving its original features.
It is located within the Montalbano Park reserve, atop a low hill, surrounded by a private olive grove where olives are harvested in October and a fragrant extra virgin olive oil is produced.

The environment is quiet and relaxing with a beautiful view on the surrounding hills. Just 1 km you find restaurants, bar, pub, supermarkets, pharmacy, children playground, tennis and a bus stop for Firenze/Pistoia.

On request it is possible to take part in Tuscan cooking courses where you can prepare lunch/dinner at home with local chefs.

The house at ground floor has an old antique living fireplace fully functional for light fire with wood of my wood or, in summer, at the barbecue near gazebo outdoor.

From the garden you enter in the living room where is the antique chimney, the other rooms are living room, kitchen and a service bathroom without shower.

Pool, garden, parking place, ground on hill of about 8000 mq is reserved exclusively to one group of customers not shared with anyone, also private road to municipal street.

Quarrata, the center is 1 km near house, is a little city with all service normally present in any city, for any necessities.
To be mentioned at about 1 km from home, the important monument: Medicean Villa La Magia and his large ancient Park, declared from Unesco, heritage of humanity.

The hills surroundings are planted olive threes, the local olive oil is one of the best in tuscany.
In the rest of territory is present oak forest where you can walk or make trekking in cool paths.
Cycling is a sport activity widely practiced In the area of Montalbano park for the uphill streets full of scenic and shaded curves.

Ideal position for daily trips to the tuscan city of arts (Firenze, Vinci, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, S. Gimignano) or do food and wine tours inside farms and wineries in the Montalbano villages.

In 1 hour of car you can reach the best Versilia beachs or the high mountains (2000 mt) of Abetone where in winter you find long ski slopes while in summer pick blueberries and raspberries.
