“The Hampton Inn and Suites Boise-Downtown hotel was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. The staff that we interacted with were all extremely nice, pleasant, and helpful. The hotel checked on us via text message throughout our stay which was a nice touch. The breakfast was great and just enough variety for such a hotel. The rooms were clean, very spacious, beyond accommodating and quiet during sleeping hours. The location is perfect. This hotel was my 3rd option on my list of choices, missed out on...

“Top notch, friendly staff and the hotel is in a perfect location. Really enjoyed the roof top lounge area and adjoining pool. The breakfast was pretty standard. Comfy beds but the bedding/blankets were very light and flimsy and kept coming off the bed.I would definitely stay again. ”

“This is the 3rd time we've stayed at The Grove. We come once a year at least to watch hockey so it makes it easy having access to the arena right from the lobby. Room's are clean and staff is attentive and helpful. 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“Never cleaned room ”

“The hot tub outside was dirty, and the jets were messed up... Now for the good: My husband and I stayed from Friday-Sunday. We live in Twin Falls. We got all the way home and my husband dropped his car key to his car at the hotel. I called and they sent me a picture of it to be sure it was ours. It was. They helped us. While we were there, the experience was amazing. Buffet was included with our stay both mornings. We will be going back. ”
