“The hotel was beautiful but the front desk was not helpful we got a small room for 3 people the extra bed was uncomfortable and the manager promised us a bigger room and did not honor it… the other staff were fantastic great service… faid was the front desk manager and not helpful at all”

“The only positive about this place is the location, walking distance from the center of town and art/synagogue district. The negative: Can't access with car, the road is so tight and there is always car parked blocking access resulting in at least 2 block or more walk both uphill and downhill with heavy bags from our trip. “Immerse in nature in a beautiful spa resort. Beautiful architecture and design, intimate atmosphere, comfy rooms, excellent food, endless spots with a stunning view to relax in. The staff is warm and helpful- from the guard who welcomed us (Thanks again, Emily!) through reception, housekeeping, and the kitchen staff. I wish we could stay for the whole week…”

“We got to the property and there was no one there. We were told over the phone that there was some scheduling mixups and that they have no vacancies. We had to wait outside (with 2 young children; no air conditioning) until they suggested some other place for us to stay, 20 minutes away by car.”
