“Good morning, in trying to give you the biggest and fairest picture of this property, I would say that overall we had a pleasant trip. The staff is extremely friendly and quick to respond to any of your needs. We felt the hotel had charm and a beautiful view as promised. However, we also felt that the facility was very outdated and in need of many repairs. During our four day stay, we reassigned three different rooms due to various issues. “Extremely clean and incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. Bed was very comfortable. Magens Bay Beach that we went to was amazing. Very close taxi ride to the beach and host provides beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach blanket and towels.Highly recommend!”
